Becoming a dealer

Thank you for your interest in becoming an authorized dealer of Texas Precious Metals! To qualify as a precious metals dealer/broker, you must:

  • Own a business explicitly engaged in the direct sale of precious metals.
  • Place a minimum of $250,000 in annual trades with Texas Precious Metals. (We monitor general activity on a quarterly basis.)
  • Adhere to all applicable US anti-money laundering laws

Customer Information

Texas Companies - If your company is legally headquartered in the state of Texas

  • I HEREBY CERTIFY that I hold a valid seller's permit, number issued persuant to Sales and Use Tax Law; that I am engaged in the business of selling; that the tangible personal property described herein which I shall purchase from TEXAS PRECIOUS METALS LLC will be resold by me in the form of tangible personal property. However, in the event that any such property is used for purposes other than retention, demonstration, or display while holding it for sale in the regular course of business, it is understood that I am required by the Sales and Use Tax Law to report and pay taxes measured by the purchase price of such property or other authorized amount. The description of property to be purchased: PRECIOUS METALS AND/OR RARE COINS.

AML Policy

  • I HEREBY CERTIFY that I have written an anti-money laundering program of compliance and supervisory procedures that complies with the Interim Final Rule of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN) implementation of the USA Patriot Act and the Bank Secrecy Act. Our anti-money laundering program provides for staff training and periodic audits to test the efficacy of the anti-money laundering program and its systems.
  • I am not a dealer of precious metals, stones, and jewels, as defined by the terms of the Interim Final Rule and FINCEN.

Terms and Conditions

  • When purchasing from Texas Precious Metals, the price is locked in once the invoice confirmation number is generated. The transaction may not be cancelled, but only offset at our current ask price. Any deficit between the price at which you purchased the metals and our offsetting purchase price is your responsibility, only if your items are cancelled or returned. That amount will be charged to you, plus a $350.00 cancellation fee. This is our Market Loss Policy. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Texas Precious Metals.
