Privacy Philosophy
TPM does not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used by TPM in ways to which you have not consented. Following completion of your order, we may send a message to clients requesting feedback to ResellerRatings.com. To maintain client privacy, we never share client ordering information with external parties, including ResellerRatings.com.
When you purchase products through TPM or register for any TPM services, we automatically place you on our list to receive email regarding updates about special offers, new products, and new services. If you do not wish to receive email updates, please send an email via our online contact form and let us know you would like to unsubscribe, or follow the “opt-out” procedures contained in our e-mail to you to remove yourself from our mailing list.
Use of Information Gathered
TPM will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Such information are: name, postal address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. This is needed in order to complete your orders. TPM may share non-personal aggregate, or summary information regarding its customers with partners or other third parties, but TPM does not sell or share any information at the individual customer level.

TPM gives clients control over the communications directed to them. When we collect your name and address information:

Bank Draft Customers Only
TPM uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. ("Plaid'') to gather End User's data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant TPM and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy.
ACH Customers Only
You authorize TPM to collect and share with our payments provider Dwolla, Inc. your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, physical address, email address, phone number and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data.
