The 1 oz. Sunshine Gold Bar is a product of the Sunshine Mint in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. This area, steeped in a rich history of precious metals, is one of the most prolific silver producing areas across the globe.

Sunshine Minting Inc. is the most widely recognized private mint in North America for the production of bullion bars and rounds and the main producer of silver blanks for the United States Mint. These bars are available in the 1 oz. denomination and are .9999 pure gold. Sunshine Mint guarantees each bar’s weight and purity. SMI maintains a solid reputation in the precious metals industry for producing superior quality blanks, coins, bars, and medallions in high volumes to government mints, financial institutions, and private corporations as well.

The front of the bar displays a bald eagle flying in front of the familiar Sunshine Mint sunburst encircled by the words, “Sunshine Minting.” Each bar also indicates its purity, content, and weight.

The reverse of each bar includes at its center a MintMark SI as an anti counterfeiting measure, surrounded by the Sunshine Mint’s sunbursts.

The 1 oz. Sunshine Gold Bar is 28.96 mm x 48 mm and 1.52 mm thick (1.14” x 1.89” x .06”)
